- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give no stars, I would. I got my policy through them based on recommendations from someone else. They sent me a letter stating they needed proof of prior insurance, which I provided, or my rate would go up an insane amount. Even with me providing proof, if went up anyway. I was mislead, they acted like my business was an inconvenience, and they added $3 to the amount of my payment compared to what the receipt they wrote to me showed. I'm very displeased and will be switching before my next payment is due.By Diana Hannah, November 19, 2017
