  Rented a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath house in Tifton. GA from Jordan Pope was told that some work needed to be done on this place, as I talked with Jordan on the phone on his way back from Italy. His words were that 2 ladies rented this house for 5 years and some things needed to be done. For me to make a list. Which I did and a few things were done. Then Jordan told me I was too picky. When I let Jordan know there was a bad place in the kitchen floor, that a piece of metal was sticking up. The place was filthy, it took me 3 days to get the oven clean. I only rented this place for a month. Due to the safety of the floor in the kitchen. The kitchen floor needs to be REPLACED. This house was left cleaner then when I rented it and my Deposit was not returned to me. I could not stay in this house after my friend got hurt on the I kitchen floor and nothing was done about the floor. The Air Conditioner quit working one afternoon and it wasn't until the next afternoon before it was fixed. This AC unit was filthy from the previous tenant.
